Leah brings focused, goal-oriented meeting process and high level organizational and planning skills to her work with congregations and organizations. Churches and leaders experience greater success in moving ideas and concepts to tangible plans and results. Leah is a graduate of Concordia University Nebraska and her training includes courses with the Institute of Cultural Affairs and the Project Management Institute.
Kurt Bickel has 25 years of consulting experience. He is a Certified Professional Coach with the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland (2012) He holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri, (1995) and is a Certified Consultant for Organization and Human Resource Development, with The University Associates, San Diego. (1991) He is a Graduate of Concordia Seward, NE (1973)
Phil Grimpo is the Executive Director of Inspirmedia Productions. Inspirmedia’s multimedia production team has extensive experience in communicating through all forms of media-from streaming live video production for large scale events to audio visual equipment rentals. Phil’s work with non-profit, corporate, and industrial productions have given him capacity and experience to expect the unexpected in events and ensure a flawless audio visual experience for participants. Phil is a 1998 graduate of Concordia University, River Forest, IL.
