A member of the Inspirmeetings team will lead a series of live or virtual planning meetings with your organization’s leadership to clarify YOUR message, meet YOUR goals, and focus on YOUR priorities. There are many options to consider in virtual and hybrid events. We recognize that not “one size fits all” so we will work with the team to: Clarify goals and objectives, identify options for virtual or semi-virtual events, identify resources needed for each, and select the best fit for your audience and budget.
We’ll help your team to build storyboards and schedules for your general session events that go beyond content delivery toward audience engagement and conversation.
Following the design, a member of our team will manage tasks and deadlines related to the general sessions to keep the meeting moving toward excellence.
EVENT PRODUCTION / STREAMING EXECUTION
Based on your organization’s goals and resources we’ll develop a strategy to produce and stream a live event and stream that event to virtual audiences. Our team will train and equip on-site AV/IT facilitators for events with multiple sites. We will provide necessary technology preparation and staffing to ensure a quality, participant-centered experience for live and streamed audiences. Inspirmeetings will manage audio-visual needs including graphic support.
EVENT FACILITATORS
Connected, productive conversations don’t just happen. Our seasoned event facilitators will collaborate with the key presenters prior to the event to communicate their message in concise mini-lectures focused on one critical point related to your objective. We will assist in the design and execution of large and small group interaction both live and with the on-line audience. Our team will train and equip live on-site facilitators in cases of multiple or regional sites.
