Preliminary Meeting
The Inspirmeetings team explains group process that best accommodates adult learning and professional growth and outlines the timeframe within your meeting schedule. This meeting also clarifies the roles, responsibilities and design strategy for the implementation of the plan.
The Inspirmeetings team will gather information regarding the meeting, venue, and key organizational priorities to provide an accurate price quote.
Planning Meeting
The Inspirmeetings team facilitates a day-long meeting at the venue of your meeting with you and your leadership team to develop professional development goals for the conference, the theme and core components of the plenary sessions.
Design and Management
The Inspirmeetings team designs the focus and flow of the plenary events including facilitation and media components based upon your conference goals and organization priorities. The design is sent to the client in advance of the web meeting.
The Inspirmeetings team facilitates a virtual meeting reviewing the Draft design of the plenary events. The client prescribes the revisions and adaptations. Details and tasks are reviewed and deadlines established.
The Inspirmeetings team publishes the final agenda for the plenary events.
The Inspirmeetings team connects with the venue to review building equipment (stage and floor plan) to insure proper installation of the production AV equipment.
The Inspirmeetings team provides assistance in the management of tasks and deadlines of your Plenary events and communicates the plans with all aspects of your meeting.
Event Execution
The Inspirmeetings team will bring a team of production professionals to install all the AV equipment.
The two facilitators will be onsite before the event to review and rehearse the plenary events with the client and all presenters and talent.
Facilitators will oversee the small group process and engage the participants in your objectives for their professional development.
The facilitators manage the production and content of the plenary events.
The production team collects video and still pictures of your event.
